Professional Adoption and Community Services (PACS), founded in 2001, is a fully licensed child placement agency located on the Big Island of Hawai'i.

Our Mission:
The Mission of Professional Adoption and Community Services, Inc., (PACS) is to sponsor the Hawaiian concept of "hanai" globally.

Our Vision:
To that end we facilitate and unconditionally embrace the child's needs for a healthy and secure home with a family who will provide love, nurturing and the opportunity to grow.  Through education, support services and humanitarian efforts that empower, we serve to strengthen the bond between child, family and community.
